How do I sync my Snapchat Ads spend with Eulerian?

This documentation guides you through setting up a connector that will automatically sync your Snapchat Ads campaign spend with the Eulerian Marketing Platform.
The goal is to enable the analysis of the performance of marketing campaigns via key indicators such as expenditure, ROI and ROAS.

Prerequisites

Before you begin setup, make sure you have the following:
  • A Eulerian user account with “Administrator/Webmaster” rights.
  • A Snapchat Ads user account with “Standard” rights.
  • All Snapchat Ads campaigns must be previously tracked with the dedicated Eulerian tracking template


Setting up the Snapchat Ads Spending Connector in your Eulerian platform


Path: Collection → Media Collection → Budget Connector → Snapchat Media

After clicking on the Snapchat Media Connector, the connector configuration window opens.


Parameters to be filled in


  • Name : Enter the name of your connector (free entry)

The Snapchat Ads API requires the use of a user account for the Eulerian platform to be allowed to sync data from your Snapchat ad account.

Click on “Add authentication” :

Then on “Generate Partner Authentication URL” and “Log In” :

The Snapchat login page opens and prompts you to enter your username and password to complete the authentication process.


Once authentication is complete, you will simply need to select your Organization and your Advertising Account from the drop-down list newly available in the connector configuration window.

Click on “Confirm” to finalize the creation of the connector!




How the Connector Works

  • The connector performs a daily automatic synchronization between 1am and 6am to retrieve the previous day's data.
  • Synchronization is retroactive, allowing historical data to be recovered if necessary.
