Engagement profiles are also dynamic. For an e-commerce Client, these engagement profiles might look like this: Visitor > visited the site, Looker > viewed a product page, Shopper > added a product to the cart, Buyer > made one purchase, Rebuyer > made more than one purchase. The profile change metric increments by +1 each time a user moves from one profile (A) to another profile (B)."
